  1. Jump Network Designers will work with you to meet your requirements.
  2. Designers will provide modifications to your design until you are happy for a set period of 14 days.
  3. Modifications after 14 days, will be charged, however for a period of three months, a charge of $20 per hour (Normal Charge is $80 per hour) charged in 15 minute blocks will be charged.
  4. Customer will be provided all copies of designs, and customer will own all rights. 
  5. Jump Network, will not retain the image or charge any other fees to you for the service.
  6. No Refunds are permitted on design for any reason, as our fees are paid direct to the designers, and refunds can not be granted because you change your mind.
